"Snow" sur l'ABC

L'association du barreau canadien se dote d'un nouveau président ... Qui est-ce ?
Me Snow pratique en droit commercial, droit des affaires et fusions et acquisitions, en se spécialisant particulièrement en droit des autochtones, droit de l’environnement et exploitation minière.
Originaire de la Nouvelle-Écosse, Rod Snow a obtenu son baccalauréat à la Faculté de droit de l’Université Dalhousie.
Il a ensuite poursuivi ses études en maîtrise à Seattle.
Il a siégé comme membre exécutif et de président de la division de l’ABC-Yukon, membre du Bureau d’administration nationale et du Comité des communications de l’ABC.
Actuel premier vice-président de l'association, il remplacera aux fonctions de président D. Kevin Carroll.
Sa nomination sera effective à compter de demain lors de la conférence annuelle de l'association du barreau canadien qui se tiendra à Niagara.

Ok, smart guy. Other than getting insurance discounts for their members, what is their contribution to the legal community and humanity as a whole?

il y a 13 ansRegroup people who share the same interest in order to exchange information, provide the result of research and reflexion, negociate a host of things as a group, and represent them to other organizations, including the governement(s).
Their site is well done, I think that even if you're interested in what they provide yourself, you can acknowledge that many people would (and in fact do) find it useful.
