Acte II dans le dossier du renouvellement des wagons du métro. Les avocats de Bombardier et d’Alstom tentent à nouveau d'empêcher qu'un nouvel appel d'offre soit lancé. Cliquez-ici pour lire la requête.
Débouté le 30 juin dernier, le consortium Bombardier-Alstom revient devant la Cour supérieure avec une requête visant à faire annuler la décision du conseil d'administration de la STM ayant autorisé un nouvel appel d'offres.
Dans la requête, les constructeurs maintiennent notamment que la société CAF, intéressée par le marché, ne répond pas aux critères pour remporter le contrat.
